10 to 16 points: Stress Master: You have no problem prioritizing and you rarely panic over school, boys, or family stuff. But while being easygoing is great, it may mean you're not challenging yourself enough. "A certain amount of stress is healthy," says Jill Zimmerman Rutledge, author of Dealing With the Stuff That Makes Life Tough. "It forces us to structure our lives and work harder and more efficiently."

17 to 23 points: Stress Manager: Most of the time you're cool and collected, but every once in awhile the pressure gets too intense. Next time you feel nervous, take a walk, do a crossword puzzle, or soak in a hot bath, suggests Rutledge. Before you know it, you'll have forgotten what got you so worked up in the first place - and will be on your way to a less-stressed zone.

24 to 30 points: Stress Mess: Do people often tell you to breathe? Feeling tense and anxious all the time isn't good for your body or mind. If you start to feel a freak-out coming on, Rutledge recommends taking "belly breaths," slow, deep exhalations to calm down. If that doesn't work, as yourself, "In five years, am I really going to care about this?" The answer will probably be no, so stop stressing!
